We are seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer with 5–10 years of relevant experience in roads, highways, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of construction activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee and supervise construction activities for road, highway, and infrastructure projects
  • Review project plans, drawings, and technical specifications
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project timelines
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Monitor site progress and prepare reports on work status, issues, and solutions
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and materials
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site

Qualifications:

 

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
  • 5–10 years of experience in road, highway, or infrastructure construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and safety practices
  • Experience in site supervision and project coordination
  • Proficient in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Experience in government or large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with DPWH standards and specifications
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
