Lead safety and traffic management initiatives with responsibility for occupational safety programs, traffic control, regulatory compliance, and safety culture development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive occupational safety and traffic management programs
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Investigate incidents and prepare corrective action plans
Design traffic control measures and safety protocols
Provide safety training and awareness programs
Ensure DOLE compliance and maintain safety documentation
Lead safety committees and mentor junior staff
Prepare safety reports and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

DOLE Accredited Safety Officer certification (current)
Minimum 10 years experience in occupational safety and/or traffic implementation
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field
Expert knowledge of DOLE regulations and safety standards
Strong incident investigation and risk assessment skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced certifications (CSSP, ASSP)
Construction, manufacturing, or industrial experience
Incident management system experience
Safety culture development background

Physical Requirements

Ability to work on job sites in various conditions
Capable of lifting up to 25 kg
Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
