About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design and execution of structural works for our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, quality, and compliance while delivering cost-effective engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee structural design, analysis, and calculations for assigned projects
Review and approve structural drawings, plans, and specifications
Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and project teams
Conduct site inspections and monitor structural works progress
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Identify risks and recommend efficient and safe structural solutions
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
Prepare and submit engineering reports and technical documentation

Qualifications

Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC required)
At least 10 years of experience as a Structural Engineer
Proven experience in structural design and project execution
Strong knowledge of structural codes, standards, and best practices
Proficient in software such as ETABS, STAAD, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in infrastructure, road, or highway projects
Background in consultancy or construction firms
Exposure to international engineering standards
