Job Title and Purpose
The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and supervising support staff and outsourced service providers to ensure a high standard of facility cleanliness, order, and operational efficiency. The role involves staff management, process coordination, training, and handling service-related documentation and complaints. The Administrator plays a key role in supporting the quality of facility services in line with client expectations.

- Will be based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities of outsourced service providers with internal departments to maximize efficiency and service quality.
- Supervise third-party contractors involved in landscaping and plant care.
- Regulate work schedules and procedures of cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness in the building and surrounding areas.
- Monitor appearance and hygiene standards of service staff (uniform, footwear, personal grooming, etc.).
- Develop training programs for subordinates.
- Conduct daily team briefings to ensure performance targets set by the Client are met.
- Monitor the availability, distribution, and condition of staff uniforms.
- Oversee the condition and maintenance of equipment used by cleaning and support staff.
- Receive and process complaints related to facility services; report issues to management for resolution.
- Collect, review, and process work completion reports from service staff.
- Supervise the cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of cleaning logs and daily operational records.
Requirements to be a successful candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Management
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Certificate in HR record management (Personnel Administration)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of facility support operations and vendor coordination
