Job Title and Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development & Operations Coordinator to support the IND Department. This role combines operational coordination, document control, and business development support, contributing to the efficient delivery of services and client engagement.

Job Location

• Will be based in Tashkent.

Responsibilities

• • Assist with document control processes (DCC) and ensure proper documentation flow
  • Support operational workflows and coordination of ongoing activities
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and client engagement activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, maintain databases, and track key activities
  • Provide general administrative and business support to the department.

Requirements to be a successful candidate

• Fluent English (written and verbal) – mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Basic understanding of international company operations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, inspection, or certification sectors
• Knowledge of ISO standards or international compliance frameworks
• Previous experience in business development or client relationship management
