Job Title and Purpose
We are looking for a Documentation Control Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in creating, managing, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for our projects and services. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent writing skills and a strong understanding of technical concepts. As a Documentation Control Specialist, you will collaborate with engineers, Project managers and clients to ensure that all documentation is accurate, clear, and user-friendly.
Job Location
- Will be based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical documentation, tender documentation, including user manuals.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to gather information.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and guidelines.
- Update existing documentation to reflect product or service changes.
- Manage documentation projects and meet deadlines.
- Utilize documentation tools and content management systems effectively.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in all materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Documentation Control Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with documentation tools and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Familiarity with software development processes is a plus.
Skills
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- English language proficiency (Intermediate+).
