Job Title and Purpose
An HR Specialist is a professional responsible for monitoring all Human Resource functions. They prepare compensation and benefits packages, set up company policies, maintain updated employee records and ensure a healthy workplace by providing HR procedures.
Job Location
Will be based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle HR Administration: Manage end-to-end human resources records in strict compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and internal company policies.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Process personnel actions, including hiring, transfers, terminations, leaves, and business trips.
- Employment Contracts: Draft and manage employment contracts and addendums, including specialized documentation for expatriate employees.
- Records Management: Maintain employee personal files and handle the processing, logging, and storage of labor books.
- Time & Attendance: Prepare and monitor time sheets, process sick leave forms, and calculate temporary disability benefits.
- Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for local and expatriate staff in compliance with employment contracts and national labor law.
- Expats: Visa, work permit, accommodation registration support
- Digital HR Systems (Uzbekistan): Update and maintain employee data on the my.mehnat.uz / ENST portal, including labor books and organizational structure.
- Business Travel Coordination: Manage both local and international business travel by preparing travel orders and coordinating flight bookings and hotel reservations.
Measures of success
- 3+ years as HR specialist.
Requirements to be a successful candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in HR administration and payroll within international or structured local companies.
- Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (ТК РУз).
- Software Skills: Proficiency with my.mehnat.uz (ENST), as well as 1С.
- Languages: Professional working proficiency in English and Russian (Uzbek is a strong asset).
- Skills: High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
