Job Title and Purpose

Our Building & Infrastructure division supports large-scale construction projects by delivering high-quality supervision, conformity assessment, quality assurance, and project management services. We are currently looking for a Project Planning Specialist to join our BNI team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Job Location

• Will be based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client requirements
• Support resource planning and allocation
• Track project milestones and deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera is an advantage)
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• English proficiency (required)
• Knowledge of local regulations is a plus
