Tasks - Activities -  Responsibilities

  • To conduct audits to evaluate conformity to a referential as well as strength/weaknesses of the organization
  • Organizes or participates to the mission (documents review, preparing audit program and logistics, identifying and planning resources, managing team of auditors),
  • Follows up actions after the audit (analysis of corrective actions, non-conformities, if required advice to certification committee, transmission of final report),
  • Follows up certification (audit planning in the respect of the contract),
  • Contributes to know-how exchange (gives internal training, evolution of audit practices, changes in legal norms),
  • Producing proposals (methods, pricing, proposal writing, references etc.)
  • To follow the technical aspects of certification and training activities to ensure that accreditation criteria are met
  • To follow TQR (Technical, Quality & Risks) exposures before service, to propose and implement BV Quality assurance system, Ethics, Group policies, and the division /Zone /Region Technical Policy.
  • To manage certification projects to reach and improve client’s satisfaction, technical and financial targets
  • Shall perform other tasks and duties related to his position as assigned by his first line manager,
  • Complies with Bureau Veritas Corporate standards and BV 3 Absolutes (Safety, Ethics, Financial Control).

 

Profile & Skills

  • BSc or MSc degree qualified in Food Engineering or Science or equivalent,
  • Minimum 5 years relevant significant working experience of domain,
  • IRCA Lead auditor certificate in ISO 9001,
  • Preferably a IRCA Lead auditor certificate in ISO 22000,
  • Proficiency in the English Language commensurate with the work, both written and verbal,
  • Being a team player with high sense of responsibility,
  • Able to travel at short notice,
  • Technical knowledge in a broad, multidisciplinary range. Basic knowledge of accreditation. Experience in local contract law,
  • Proactive, organized, impactful and flexible.

  • Maintain KPIs set by company (locally or by Head Office),
  • Work done within the allocated timeframe,
  • Maintain and keep up level of technical competencies and qualifications.
