ROLE STATEMENT
In this position the person is responsible for the implementation of the strategy plan of the company related to the BU. (standards, specifications, regulations, etc): shall carry out his/her task independently, with minimum supervision. He/she shall perform the job in the framework of the BV WAF standards, the Code of Ethics and the BV Group policies.
- TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Auditor
Responsibilities as follows:
• Has delegated authority for the control and performance of on-site audit
activities, including any planning and review as described in Audit Preparation
and Audit Realisation.
• Might perform audits on their own so long as they have the competence to perform the duties of an audit team leader applicable for that audit. Such competence shall be endorsed by the Local Technical Manager.
2. Scheduler
Responsibilities as follows:
• Organizes the audit, according to contract specification (audit time and auditor
allocation according to the scope and level of risk defined at contract review
stage) as described Production, Audit Preparation
3. Sales Management
Responsibilities as follows:
• Identify and prospect potential customers for certification.
• Understand the client's needs and requirements to recommend the appropriate
certification offerings.
• Explain the benefits and value proposition of management systems certification
to clients.
• Collect the information from potential client and share it with reporting line or certification Manager.
• Propose contract reviews based on information gathered from the potential clients as per approved contract review.
• Prepare and present proposals and sales presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment arrangements with clients.
• Maintains a good understanding of the management systems certification standards, industry trends, competitors, and changes in certification requirements.
• Provide post-sale support and address any queries or concerns from clients.
• Track and report on sales metrics, such as pipeline, closed deals, and revenue generated.
• Maintains appropriate records and documentation of all client interactions and sales activities.
• Communicate all information that can lead to proposals.
4. QHSE Management Responsibilities as follows:
• Implement Group QHSE procedures in line with the BU
• In charge of the inspection and maintenance of the inspection equipment and calibration
• Follow up company safety procedures and policies during execution of inspections
• Update the list of equipment and inspection materials
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Background
1. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
2. Additional Qualification: ISO Lead Auditor in Any or Combination of Standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001…)
