Regional Account Executive, Eastern Canada

Job Summary
Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding market presence across the Eastern Canada territory. This role owns a defined portfolio of accounts and is accountable for achieving sales targets through strategic account management, new business development, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
The Regional Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the region and will work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs while supporting the company’s overall sales and growth strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Territory Ownership
• Accountability and management of Eastern Canada sales territory including Manitoba, Quebec, Ontario and Atlantic Canada
• Achieving or exceeding annual revenue targets through a combination of new business development and account growth
• Build and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives
• Ownership includes all Metals and Minerals business lines
Account Management
• Listening to and understanding customer perspectives and leverage personal and group experience to shape our value proposition and service offering to the customer and industry
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts and region
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling for all BV services
• Maintain a strategic account plan for major customers
Business Development
• Identify and pursue new customers and market opportunities within the territory
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and execution of services
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Develop strong understanding of service capabilities to craft compelling proposals
Customer Engagement
• Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations and product demonstrations
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams including operations, marketing and customer support
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development
Market Intelligence
• Monitor Industry trends, competitor activity, and regional market conditions
• Provide insight to leadership on market opportunities and customer needs
• Forecasting and Reporting
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management within CRM
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline health, and strategic initiatives
• Participate in marketing programs and promotion of new and existing products including conferences, networking events, etc.

You Must Have
• University degree in Geology, Chemistry or equivalent
• Previous experience in account management, business development, sales or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in mining/mineral processing/lab environment
Additional Information
• Frequent travel to client sites and regional offices
• Exposure to various industrial environments (mining, mineral processing, laboratory facilities) during client visit
