POSITION

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

DUTIES

• Responsible for work of division;
• Member of discussion/working groups, LBMT.
• Composition, completeness, correctness, update of financial paperwork;
• Management accounting;
• Statutory and Tax Reporting, tax issues;
• Corporate Reporting and requests;
• Company records;
• Statistic reporting;
• Verify, accounting and allocation of incoming invoices;
• Payroll account;
• Fixed asset register, depreciation;
• Business travel & expenses;
• Compliance with the company rules and policies on Confidentiality of Information.
• Compliance with company Health & Safety requirements, BV Code of Ethics;

This level is normally reached after several years of work in the company. A similar experience in another company may be judged equivalent. Demonstrated capability of performing a high-quality work has to be shown.

The job necessitates good understanding and knowledge of the company and its business.

EDUCATION

This function requires a proper level of professional education.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Several years of experience within the Company or equivalent (from 2 years).
• Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• To have a good knowledge of English, knowledge of Russian;
• Latvian level as per LR law.
• To be Communicative.
• Resistance to stress.
• To be able day to work depending on necessity.
