Join our Villars office (France) and actively contribute to the administrative and financial support of our teams.
Join a dynamic team: Within the Marine Center based in Villars, you will support operational teams and contribute to the smooth administrative running of the agency.
Your role is key to ensuring the daily management of activities and the reliability of administrative and accounting processes.
Your main missions:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support: manage emails and mail, organize travel, draft documents, handle filing and archiving
- Support administrative follow-up and invoicing activities: expense control, verification of accounting documents, assistance to operational teams
- Manage supplier orders and ensure proper follow-up
- Handle phone reception and welcome visitors
- Contribute to the logistical and administrative organization of the center
Your strengths to succeed:
- Education and experience:
You hold a 2-year degree (Bac +2 or equivalent) in administrative management, accounting, or business support, and have significant experience in a similar position.
- Technical skills:
You are proficient in office tools, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, and have strong writing skills.
- Personal skills:
You are organized, rigorous, and versatile. Your sense of service, interpersonal skills, and adaptability allow you to thrive in a multicultural environment.
- Languages:
You are comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken, within an international network.
