Role Purpose Statement

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to efficiently plan and coordinate auditor visits at the customer level. This role plays a key part in supporting CER’s objectives by providing essential administrative support.

The successful candidate will operate within the framework of BV Group policies, the Code of Ethics, BV and CER Management Systems, and local procedures.


Key Responsibilities

Audit Planning & Coordination

  • Efficiently plan and schedule auditor visits for initial, surveillance, re-certification, and special audits, using corporate and local databases and planning tools.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accreditation rules and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate all audit-related activities (scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, cancellations) between clients and auditors (internal & subcontractors).

Administrative & Logistical Support

  • Assist audit teams with local and international logistics when needed.
  • Process audit and certification documentation between Sales, SSC/ICC, auditors, BV offices, and customers before, during, and after audits.
  • Manage non-audit activities (trainings, meetings, etc.) as per Production Manager’s guidance.

Financial & Database Management

  • Review and confirm job completion & expenses for invoicing.
  • Provide invoicing and accrual information to the Accounting department.
  • Keep relevant databases up-to-date with audit and non-audit activities, schedules, and team details.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Higher vocational or equivalent education.
Experience: Strong background in job coordination or project management.
Languages: Fluent in Lithuanian & English (both verbal and written).
Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
