BUREAU VERITAS Polska Sp. z o. o. is seeking candidates for the role of : OEC Manager
The Unit Manager will be responsible for leading and strategically managing a team dedicated to operating and executing certification large contracts sold by Bureau Veritas Network.
The job incumbent is responsible for setting up, coordinating, delegating supervising the delivery and governance of these contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure teams are working in accordance with determined KPI (internal BV and client)
- Ensure proper governance and escalation path across the OEC team
- Contributes to personal growth of the team with appropriate training
- Supporting the Team in the creation of synergies, in the problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Successful implementation of Smartcert (tool & processes)
- Foster strong relationship with countries and ensure proper governance in place :
Meetings/TEAMS with countries
Yearly projects reviews
Skills
- Good working knowledge of systems such as CMX and Siebel
- Experience in managing a team in an efficient manner
- Customer orientation
