BUREAU VERITAS Polska Sp. z o. o. is seeking candidates for the role of : Operational Excellence Center Manager 

The Unit Manager will be responsible for leading and strategically managing a team dedicated to operating and executing certification global contracts sold by Bureau Veritas Network.

The job incumbent is responsible for setting up, coordinating, delegating supervising the delivery and governance of these contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure teams are working in accordance with determined KPI (internal BV and client)
• Ensure proper governance and escalation path across the OEC team
• Contributes to personal growth of the team with appropriate training
• Supporting the Team in the creation of synergies, in the problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate Smartcert implementation, a digital auditing and certification tool, ensuring team adoption, training, and standardized usage across the organization.
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with BV Teams in different countries.

Skills 

• Good working knowledge of  systems such as CMX and Siebel- systems for audit registration and documentation management
• Experience in managing a team in an efficient manner
• Customer orientation - external  and internal clients. 
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Experience in managing global contracts
• Ability to communicate across a global network at all levels
• Strong negotiation skills - effectively representing the team and securing global contracts across BV offices
• Strategic thinking with global perspective - holistic approach to complex business issues
