Minimum Qualifications:

  •  3-years of experience in weld inspection and minimum of (400) documented NDE Experience hours accumulated across all NDE methods (VT, MT, PT, RT, UTSW).
  •  Visual (VT) Level II Certification per ASNT SNT-TC-1A or QP-189
  • Training Certificate or similar proving minimum of 24-hours of formal VT classroom training (CWI Prep Course applies)
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 2-years utilizing their VT Certification and a minimum of (210) documented experience hours in the method.
  • Current certification not required, expired certifications accepted.
  • Dye Penetrant (PT) Level II Certification per ASNT SNT-TC-1A or QP-189
  • Training Certificate or similar proving minimum of 16-hours of formal PT classroom training.
  • Minimum (210) hours documented experience hours in the method.
  • Current certification not required, expired certifications accepted.

 

Nuclear Site Access Items for Verification:

  • Prior clearance for unescorted access at Nuclear Facility.
  • Candidate must not have failed any fitness for duty testing.
  • Candidate must not have been subjected to non-voluntary substance abuse treatment.
  • Candidate must not have any open or pending litigation, including DUI or reckless driving.
  • Candidate must not have been convicted of a felony.
  • Candidate must not owe the IRS back taxes.
  • Candidate must be able to provide (5) character references.
  •  

Deliverables for Candidate Consideration:

  • NDE Certification Summary including test scores and to which written practices(s) the candidate has been certified.
  • Resume with work experience detail, specifically noting experience working at Nuclear Facilities.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Original notarized Birth Certification with raised seal OR Valid US Passport.
  •  

Compensation: $40-$55 per hour
