Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities across assigned markets and industries.
  • Perform market prospection and acquire new clients within the designated geographical area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance long-term business growth.
  • Prepare and update commercial data in CRM systems (e.g., visit reports, proposals, follow-ups).
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using company sales tools.
  • Share customer insights, feedback, and market information with relevant internal stakeholders and line managers.
  • Prepare commercial offers, determine pricing and scope in alignment with Sales &Marketing leadership.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the implementation of business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings when required.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a customer-facing commercial role.
  • Proven experience in developing sales strategies, managing pipelines, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, sales data, and performance metrics.
  • Solid understanding of negotiation techniques, contracting processes, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Upper intermediate English level
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of self-motivation, strong presentation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar tools) is an asset.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment
