Responsibilites

• Manage and maintain company servers, internal virtual and public networks, computer systems and virtualization environments.
• Install, configure, and regularly update hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure stable operation.
• Ensure network security, data protection, and regular data backup.
• Provide technical support to employees.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for system upgrades and maintenance.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices.
• Oversee software licensing, updates, and compliance with internal and external policies.
• Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Work with Web servers, Nginx, TLS, Cyphers configuration.
• Update and create company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience on infrastructure administration - blade servers, core switches, virtual connect switches, firewalls, storages, backup systems, tape libraries.
• Experience configuring and managing HPE, Dell, Fortigate, PaloAlto hardware.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter, clusters, HA/DRS, vMotion).
• Solid knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication and backup/disaster recovery best practices.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux servers, Windows Active Directory management.
• Experience with security solutions (DDoS protection, NGFW, EDR, IAM).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
• Experience with containerization (Docker).
• Experience with orchestrator (Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Experience with ISO27001 certification is a plus.
