HSE MANAGER

Bureau Veritas Kazakhstan is looking for an experienced HSE Manager for a large-scale Wind Power & BESS Project in Kazakhstan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HSE activities across the project.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and applicable regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture across project activities.

Requirements:

• Relevant university degree or professional HSE qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction and supervision of utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Strong experience in HSE management on large-scale construction/EPC projects.
• Previous experience in EPC or Owner’s Engineer environments.
• Good knowledge of HSE regulations, standards and construction practices.
• Wind power, renewable energy or power infrastructure experience preferred.
• Experience in Kazakhstan will be an advantage.
