Permitting Specialist

Bureau Veritas Kazakhstan is looking for an experienced Permitting Specialist for a large-scale Wind Power & BESS Project in Kazakhstan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support permitting activities and state expertise of design documentation.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of required project documentation.
• Review documentation for compliance with applicable Kazakhstan requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams and relevant authorities.
• Monitor comments and support their timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Relevant university degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related field.
• Strong experience with state expertise and permitting processes in Kazakhstan.
• Good knowledge of local requirements for design and construction documentation.
• Experience in large-scale energy, infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Previous experience in EPC, PMC or engineering consultancy projects will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
