Project Controls Specialist

Bureau Veritas Kazakhstan is looking for an experienced Project Controls Specialist for a large-scale Wind Power & BESS Project in Kazakhstan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review EPC project schedules, programmes and cost performance.
• Monitor project progress, milestones and schedule deviations.
• Support cost control, forecasting and progress tracking.
• Prepare and consolidate PMC project controls reports.
• Identify schedule/cost risks and support corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in project controls, planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Experience in EPC programme and cost reviews.
• Experience in large-scale energy, renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience in a PMC, EPC or Owner’s Engineer environment.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project will be an advantage.
