We are seeking a results‑driven Building & Infrastructure Sales Executive to strengthen our presence in the Qatar market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding business opportunities within the buildings and infrastructure sector.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities within the Building and Infrastructure  sector
  • Drive business growth through effective sales, marketing, and business development strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and regular performance reports
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success

 

Education Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred), OR
  • Equivalent qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field

 

Experience Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Sales and Marketing
    • Business Development
    • Account Management or Client Relationship Management
  • Demonstrated experience within the Qatar market, preferably in construction, building, or infrastructure sectors

  • Familiarity with local business practices and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Established professional network within Qatar’s business community
  • Experience with Buildings & Infrastructure or similar networking organizations
  • Multilingual abilities, particularly English and Arabic
