Senior Inspector-Static Equipment

Job Description:

As a Static Equipment Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of various types of static equipment, including pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and piping systems. Your primary duties will include:

• Assessing the condition of static equipment and identifying any defects, wear, or potential issue
• Ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations
•  Documenting the inspection process and preparing detailed reports
•  Providing recommendations for preventive maintenance, repairs, or replacements
•  Collaborating with maintenance teams to develop and implement appropriate strategies

Qualifications and Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
• +10 years of experience in static equipment inspection or a similar role
•  Certification(s) in [relevant certifications, e.g., API, ASME, NACE]
• Thorough understanding of applicable industry codes, standards, and regulations
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
•  Excellent communication and documentation skills
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
