Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities
|
|
Primary Functions
|
- Lead and manage Electrical Inspection & Testing activities across all sectors
- Execute Electrical Safety Audits, Power System Studies, Arc Flash and HAC assignments
- Plan, mobilize, and supervise site teams ensuring quality and timely execution
- Develop and review technical reports, study outputs, and engineering recommendations
- Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, NFPA, IEEE, NETA)
- Support business growth through technical engagement and client relationship development
- Coordinate with BD team for proposal preparation and technical inputs

Perform and review:
- Electrical Safety Audits & Gap Analysis
- Arc Flash and Protection Coordination Studies
- ETAP Modelling and Power System Simulations
- Hazardous Area Classification and Ex Inspection Support
- Power Quality Analysis & Thermography
Provide risk-based recommendations to improve safety, compliance, and reliability.
Review SLDs, field data, test results, and inspection findings

- Drive revenue growth of Electrical Inspection services through project execution and client retention
- Support new service lines (Asset Integrity, Electrical Studies, HAC, Testing Services)
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and contract expansion
- Assist in preparing proposals, tenders, and technical clarifications

|

- Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/HSE Representative
- Report immediately to HSE Representative any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.
- Report immediately to HSE Representative any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation
- Reporting all incidents and taking action whenever they see an unsafe act or condition
