Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Must be a Licensed Architect (PRC)
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, architectural site inspections, construction, fit-out, or post-construction projects
  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, commercial, high-rise, or mixed-use developments is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, workmanship, construction standards, and quality control procedures
  • Experienced in punch listing, defect rectification, turnover inspections, and project close-out activities
  • Proficient in reviewing drawings, specifications, and site conditions
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment
  • Willing to work full-time on-site in Makati City

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct QA/QC inspections of architectural works and finishes
  • Monitor project quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications
  • Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, and quality documentation
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to address quality issues
  • Verify completion of corrective actions and turnover requirements
  • Support project close-out and turnover activities
