Job Title: Client Service Support
Reports to: Customer Experience Manager
Department: Client Service
Location: Vancouver, BC
Basic Purpose:
The Client Service Support Rep is responsible for receiving, reviewing and delivery of manual entry of information within our laboratory information management system in addition to ensuring accuracy and maintenance of client information. This position will also provide supportive services for the client services and general office administrative team, including on-site managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Perform manual data entry and ensure accurate delivery of subcontract analysis.
- Coordinate additional, metallic, rerun, and reprep analyses.
- Execute report corrections and retransmissions as directed by management.
- Collaborate with production staff and branch offices as needed.
- Create, edit, and manage job reports; deliver digital data and archive records.
- Support client billing and service tracking activities.
- Maintain and update client CRM inventory.
- Adhere to safety regulations, BV Group policies, and applicable ISO standards.
- Demonstrate professional conduct and consistently wear required PPE.
Skills and Competencies:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills – outgoing, positive and flexible
- Strong organizing and problem solving skills to effectively handle time critical issues
- Knowledge of office processes, practices and general computer application
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Laboratory processes necessary
- Experience in Office/Administrative support or environment an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills – outgoing, positive and flexible
- Strong organizing and problem solving skills to effectively handle time critical issues

The salary range for this role is $21 - $23 an hour.
