South China Regional Project Manager & Procurement manager

1.Objectives ：
Accomplish the project objectives according to company requirements. 
2. Responsibilities 
- Report to leader on all project management issues 
- Procurement manager in South China region, lead the SC Procurement team
- Responsible for management and lead of project incl. personnel from Purchase saving, Cost Reduction following up (between sites or need cooperate with center functions); Big business opportunities landing, Budget & IG preparation, ST setting & monitoring, AD 50 landing, etc. 
- Responsible for total execution of projects from start to final acceptance and close-out (time, cost, quality, organization, safety and risk etc) , Responsible for project delivery
- Develop project plans containing all tasks necessary to complete the projects. Determine the order and timing of each task.
-Monitor and manage the day to day project tasks and milestones to ensure the conflicts and issues are identified and resolved on a timely basis.
-Keep senior management or workgroup leaders abreast of project status and issues. Work with stakeholders or workgroup leaders to resolve obstacles.
-Manage vendor when needed. Responsibility includes but not limited to monitor vendor tasks and deliverables are performed on time with high quality.
- Develop and maintain relations with relevant sites, center functions, and all the department. 
- Support other departments as needed

3. Personnel Requirements 
Education ：Bachelor or Master degree
Experience ：More than 5 years experience in the project management and engineering 
Technical skills & knowledge required：
Responsible for time, cost, quality, organization and communication within a project 
Master of the project management methodology 
Ability to control project risks
Good communication skills internally and externally 
Good on human resource management skills 
Requires critical thinking and essential analytical skill.
Good manner to handle computer, must be keen in using software, including MS Office Suite
Ability to speak and write English
