岗位描述Job description:

 

  1. 熟悉PSM的主要内容，为化工客户提供过程安全分析（PSM）咨询服务；

 Familiar with the main aspects of the PSM (Process Safety Management), provide PSA consulting services to chemical customers;

  1. 为客户提供PSA分析服务，如HAZOP分析，SIL分析，LOPA，HAZID等;

 Provide PSA analysis services, such as HAZOP analysis, SIL analysis, LOPA, HAZID, etc.;

  1. 为客户提供QRA（量化风险分析）分析服务，熟练使用Phast， Safeti，Flacs等软件
  2. Provide QRA (quantitative risk analysis) services, proficient in the use of Phast, Safeti, Flacs and other software；
  3. 资产完整性管理，如RBI，RCM，RAM等；

Asset integrity management, such as RBI, RCM;

  1. 设计审查工作。

岗位要求Job requirements:

 

  1. 至少5年及以上化工企业运行经验，或化工设计经验；

At least 5 years or above experience in process operation or design of chemical industry;

  1. 具有丰富的主持HAZOP/LOPA/SIL分析经验；

Have rich experience in hosting HAZOP/LOPA/SIL analysis;

  1. 具有良好的沟通能力；

Good communication skills;

  1. 具有独立解决问题的能力；

Have the ability to solve problems independently;

  1. 能适应经常出差；

Can go business travel frequently;

  1. 具有良好的英文听/说/读/写能力，能主持英文HAZOP/SIL分析会议。

Good English listening / speaking / reading / writing skills, able to conduct HAZOP/SIL meetings in English.

  1. 化工专业硕士学历

Master's degree in chemical engineering
