海外汽车认证经理-零部件

Key Responsibilities

Perform technical service independently, impartially and adhere to the confidentiality and compliance policies of Bureau Veritas。

Perform inspection and certification activities of automotive components in accordance with automotive component regulations, directives and technical standards, such as UNECE

R81, R148, R149, R150, 2015/758,2017/79 etc.

Generate project deliverables in good quality and turn-around time (TAT), including but not limit ed to inspection report, draft certificate, information document review comment.

Perform test supervision in approved external labs or BV Group internal labs. Where necessary, perform lab audit together with Technical Manager.

Manage project records according to company's record control procedure.

Provide training and technical communication to client and internal staffs on automotive component inspection and approval process, UNECE and EU regulations, etc.

Lead the component team to deliver the project in time and develop new business that meets the market demand.

Support BD and Marketing for client meetings and marketing activities, etc.

Others tasks when assigned.

主要职责:

能够独立、公正地提供技术服务，并遵守必维集团的保密和合规政策。

根据汽车零部件法规、指令和技术标准，比如R81, R148, R149, R150, 2015/758, 2017/79法规等，对汽车零部件进行检验和认证活动，

以良好的质量和周转时间(TAT)生成项目交付物，包括但不限于检验报告、证书草案、信息文件审查意见。

在批准的外部实验室或BV集团内部实验室进行测试监督。必要时，与技术经理一起进行实验室资质审核。

根据公司的记录控制程序管理项目记录。

就汽车零部件检验和批准流程、UNECE和EU法规等向客户和内部员工提供培训和技术交流。

带领零部件团队及时交付项目，开发符合市场需求的新业务

会为客户会议和营销活动等提供BD和营销支持。公司分配的其他业务任务。

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or above with automotive related major.

Work location Hangzhou/Shanghai

Proficiency in writing and speaking of both English and Chinese.

Good team player, pro-active and self-initiated.

>3 years of automotive industry experience, familiar with auto component process and regulations/directives/ technical standards/UNECE/EU regulations.

Experience in component localization certification is preferred, such as Mexico and Southeast Asia.

Be able to make certification project proposal, multi-party coordination work, laboratory control, witness testing and report writing.

>3年汽车行业经验，熟悉汽车零部件认证流程和法规/指令/技术标准/UNECE法规/EU法规。

有零部件属地化认证经验最佳，比如墨西哥，东南亚

能够制定认证项目方案，多方协调工作，实验室管控，目击测试及报告编写。

上班时间:9:00-17:30周末双休
