Tasks/ Responsibilities:

• Project management of designated equipment related business. 对委派的海工设备相关业务进行项目管理
• Operation of all equipment related business. 所有海工设备相关业务运营
• Statistics and analysis of equipment related business. 海工设备相关业务数据统计与分析
• Prepare or update related working procedures and templates. 制定或更新相关工作流程与模版
• Supervision and surveillance of operation progress for all equipment related projects跟踪并监督所有内部设备相关项目运营情况
• Surveillance and suggestion of team members’ working load and arrangement.跟踪并建议团队成员工作负荷与安排
• Expedite project progress and solve related problems.加快项目进度并解决相关问题
• Deal with operation/project resources problems. 处理运营及项目资源问题
• Listening and revert customer’s compliant. 接收并回复客户投诉
• Customer reception. 客户接待
• Business operation reporting. 业务运营汇报
• Able to use BV invented working software/system, or any other AI/PYTHON software.使用BV内部相关工作软件及系统，或者其他AI/PYTHON软件

Position Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (Master or above). 工程专业背景
• 5 years and above professional experience within QA/QC/PM of industrial/subsea production, or related technology equipment, Experience with internatiaonl/GB standards
• Able to use regular working software, such as office software
• Good English/chinese communication skills, verbally and in writing. The company language is English/Chinese.
• High tolerance of working pressure.
• Excellent time management.
• Good at team work and team member management.
