Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
Description:
Establish and review transaction certificates according to the requirements of Textile Exchange Standard &GOTS
Certification program; ensure the quality, accuracy and delivery turn-around-time of the certificates.
Main responsibilities:
 Review clients’ application of TC input, output and TC request correctly and timely;
 Track updates of the standards, and review the transaction certificate application according to the most updated
standard requirements;
 Coordinate with Sales to answer the questions of TC system and application;
 Summarize and review common issues and share with the team;
 Other work assigned by the leader.
