'  Main Responsibilities

    •    Manage daily procurement tasks, including supplier management, price inquiries, contract execution, and process optimization to ensure quality and cost control.
    •    Handle procurement documentation and data, maintain supplier relationships, and support procurement strategy implementation.
    •    Oversee office supplies procurement, asset management, and coordination of meetings and events to ensure smooth administrative operations.
    •    Support office daily repairing and decoration Check general office supplier storage, maintenance.
    •    Be responsible for the company's vendor management with regular review of procurement process SOP. 
    •    Support to organize company activities such as annual dinner, birthday parties, company events and etc.
    •    Support to complete ADM related projects.
    •    Comply with the requirements of the HSE management system.
    •    Other tasks assigned by N+1.

 

'  Requirements

    •    Bachelor’s degree or above in Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
    •    1-3 years of experience in administration or procurement, preferably in multinational companies.
    •    Familiar with procurement and administrative procedures, with strong organizational and execution skills.
    •    Basic knowledge of supplier management, cost control, and contract management.
    •    Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
    •    Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
    •    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP or Oracle experience is a plus.
    •    Basic English reading and writing skills for daily work communication.
