CKA Manager -大客户经理

Position Summary:

1. China Key Account development/Management
2. China market expansion, including Textile, Hardlines, Cosmetic, Food industries, Electronical and other potential industries with CPS Business
3. Shall understand CPS service very well and manage to achieve the strategic cooperation with China Key Accounts

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities：

1. Engage with China key accounts, China offices of global accounts, huge importers as well as their agencies or key vendors, maintain good relationship and provide value-added service.

2. Work with China teams, overseas teams to tie up vision and strategies on China key accounts, global clients maintain and growth driving.

3. Familiarize industrial legal norms/technical guidance, capable of responding client testing inquiry and quoting according, follow up with inquiries and feedback timely.

4. Well communicate with Lab/Operation/Client Solution/Technical team so that the target accounts can be won by teamwork with right direction.

5. Well understand industry trend and market change, share with related division for strategy and action plan making.

6. Accomplish CKAM sales performance indicator and manage the data in XSY system.

7. Monitor the monthly business volume of each client & investigate if any potential risk and opportunity.

8. Use marketing tools to hold seminar, webinar, survey, etc. to promote services and company branding.

Required Skills & Qualification ：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. At least 5 years of related working experience in TIC institutes or trading companies are preferred.

3. Need to keep learning about BV CPS overall service and continuously enhance the Strategic Thinking way when approaching CKA.

4. Be able to work overtime and travel. Be able to deal with pressure and self-motivated.

5. Good cooperative spirit of TEAM and professional integrity.

6. Good communication technique in both speaking & written of Mandarin & English.
