Responsibilities: · Maintain existing assigned clients and develop new clients, achieve assigned sales target · Develop a mechanism to retain, build and enhance client relationships · Review service performance at defined intervals; negotiate service fee increases, terms & conditions · Work with counterparts from other Business Lines and Regional Selling Offices on global key clients · Promote company’s services and products to international and local clients through client face-to-face meeting, presentations and promotional events / exhibitions · Carry out sales initiatives and offering value-added solutions to key accounts · Prepare sales presentations, capability statement & service proposals · Collect market intelligence on competitive analysis, trends & opportunities for strategic decisions · Assist with preparation of sales plans, budgets, monthly reports and customer visit summary · Serve as the main contact point for Key Accounts responsible for communication, change of procedures, servicing optimization, regional execution, new service opportunities and issues resolution Job Requirements: · Degree holder in Business, Science, Engineering or other related disciplines · Minimum 5 years work experience for EU Retail Clients as Sales, Account Manager or CS Supervisor with good sales sense, in Lab/inspection companies, On Electrical / Electronics products, · Professional presentation skills · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with exposure to top management clientele · Good written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin · An energetic, motivated self-starter, able to deliver results and build good relationships with stakeholders · Acute sense of market trends and customer needs, sensitive to numerical figures · can work under pressure
