Digital Client Solution Developer

Position Summary

Lead the intelligent construction of departments, data analysis, configure AI strategy robots, and assist in intelligent market development.

Job Duties

1.Power BI Platform Development & Optimization:

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and user-friendliness.
• Integrate multi-source data, perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling to enhance data quality.
• Utilize advanced Power BI features such as DAX formulas, Power Query, and others for complex data analysis.

2.Departmental Intelligent Construction Participation:

• Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and propose intelligent solutions.
• Introduce and optimize AI technologies like machine learning and natural language processing to support business decisions.
• Participate in formulating and implementing intelligent strategies for digital transformation.

3.AI Strategy Robot Configuration:

• Configure and manage AI chatbots for automated customer service, improving response speed and satisfaction.
• Utilize AI technology to automate internal processes, such as report generation and data monitoring.
• Continuously train and optimize AI models to adapt to business changes.

4.Company Smart Portal Development:

• Participate in the design and development of the company's smart portal, integrating digital solutions like Power BI reports and AI assistants.
• Ensure the portal's user interface is friendly, easy to navigate, and provides a seamless user experience.
• Maintain and update portal content for accuracy and timeliness.

5.Assistance in Digital Solution to Market Development:

• Create and refine digital solutions tailored to meet evolving market demands.
• Collaborate with the team by providing digital intelligent solutions to meet with market requests.

Responsibility:

• Take ownership of Power BI platform development and optimization projects, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver value.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive departmental intelligent construction efforts.
• Actively participate in the configuration and optimization of AI strategy robots, enhancing internal and external customer service.
• Lead the development of the company's smart portal, integrating advanced digital solutions.
• Provide strategic insights and support for intelligent market development, driving product innovation and market acceptance

• Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement of CPS North China.
• Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analysis, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, particularly in Power BI development, AI application, and Web development.
• Proficiency in all functions of the Power BI platform, including data modeling, visualization design, and custom functions.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript) for Web development and AI model development.
• In-depth understanding of AI and machine learning technologies with practical project experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a teamwork spirit, capable of effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking, actively identifying and implementing improvement solutions.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies, continuous learning, and adaptability to rapidly changing technological environments.
