HSE Manager

Responsibility & Accountabilities:

1. Lead the HSE implementation, technical support and risk management for sites to ensure the compliance.

2. Develop and implement HSE programs to drive continuous HSE improvement.

3.  Identify and analyze the changes of HSE laws & regulations to do the communication/training to ensure the compliance.

4. Drive and monitor HSE & CO2 reduction KPIs to achieve the Group / Division target

5. Design and maintain the integrated HSE management system (ISO14001 & ISO45001)

6. HSE & CO2 reduction annual training plan, training delivery and awareness enhancement to employees

7. Monitoring/verification the application of safety procedures in the sites. • Identification of high-risk activities and ensure that processes are in place to protect employees

8. Ensure PPE requirements are correctly identified, fit for purpose and correctly maintained for all area’s activities.

9. Accident prevention and control. • Conduct accident investigation and root cause analysis, if any.

10. Lead and coordinate internal and external audit programs

11. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Graduate in engineering or environmental sciences

3. Minimum of 8-year related job experience of plant or consultant.

4. Familiar with national and local health, safety and environment laws and regulations

5. Knowledge on SBTi, ISO14064, ESG is a plus

6. Advanced English skill

7. Good Presentation and communication skill

8. Highly developed analytical skill

9. Auditor of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, and ISO14064 is a plus

10. Result driving

11. Necessary computer knowledge
