Job Summary:
The Key Account Executive is responsible for growing the company's most strategic and high-value customer accounts. They will be the primary point of contact for these key clients, working closely with them to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The Key Account Executive will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and other teams to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and grow a portfolio of the company's most important customer accounts
•Serve as the primary liaison between the company and key clients, building strong, collaborative relationships
•Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, goals, and challenges, and use this knowledge to provide strategic recommendations and customized solutions
•Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success
•Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts
•Forecast and track key account performance metrics, and report on progress to internal stakeholders
•Represent the company and maintain a positive brand image with key clients
•Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in key account management


Required Qualifications:
•College/Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
•At least 2 years of experience in trading industry in a key account management or strategic sales role. Working experience in buying office is preferred.
•Proven track record of growing and retaining high-value customer accounts
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
•Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
•Willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed
