Position Summary


Provide a strong leadership to manage the activity of the team in order to guarantee the service solution to client


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the product regulatory and testing requirements in hardline/toy for all market (especially for AME and EMEA market), including related product category but not limited furniture/sports/food contact/toy and etc.
  • Closely track changes in AME/EMEA market product HL/TY production regulations and communicate relevant standards, requirements and policies to global team and customers
  • Design and deliver the service solution including (technical, process, workflow and KPI) for new client and new program. Work with operation to ensure service delivery performance.
  • Perform gap analyses between service required vs. standard offer provided for new clients
  • Support request for proposals review focusing on program administrative requirements and suggest as appropriate best practices
  • Translate client instructions or requirements into operational language using process engineering or design for manufacturability methodologies
  • Facilitate continuous improvement through projects in conjunction with operations, IT and various process teams
  • Review program performance regularly with the client and key account manager
  • Handle client complaints and facilitate resolutions real time
  • Lead program change management using program design best practices




  • Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement of CPS North China.
  • Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements.


Skills & Requirements


  • Strong background in technical sciences for Analytical, and US/EU Market Hardline Toy requirement
  • Strong knowledge in applicable product safety standards and norms, testing procedures
  • 10+ years of work experiences in product safety/conformity
  • Strong background in product safety, and consumer protection law
  • Good understanding in product development, supply chain management processes
  • Good communication skills (verbal, writing) in English and Mandarin.
