Job Responsibilities & Accountability (Key Roles, Functions & Accountabilities)
- Develop new HBH business opportunities and manage potential customer in North China,
- Make sales plan for manager to approve and executive it to promote our testing services.
- Telemarketing and visiting vendors to explore local market; establish and maintain close relationship with existing vendors.
- Assist in holding professional seminar and follow up the attendant vendors.
- Handle Customers' enquiries on test procedures, progress, results, and charges; Internal communicate with different departments, handle the sales issues and vendor complains.
- Lead and train the team member as coordinator.
- Take part in expos, which company setting booth and walk in other professional expos to explore market.
- Collect marketing information (competitive intelligence) with all kinds of methods.
- Achieve assigned business target, maintain company image;
- Maintain the close relationship with customers;
- Submit sales report on time to update client profile;
- Other job required by head management.
Required Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor or above, major in marketing, chemical, or business English is preferred. Experienced or have relevant work experience, college degree also is acceptable.
- More than 2 year sales or business development experience in SL industry.
- Good skill of English, especially written English;
- Aggressive, self-motivated, willing to work independent under pressure and target oriented;
- Good communication skills.
