Objectives:
- Provide a strong leadership and work with site GMs on the operations implementation as well as integration into global process.
- Develop and implement operation plans to meet corporate and company objectives
- Support the management to achieve the goals of the company
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with site manager to manage a good functioning, planning and quality of operations departments
- Work with site manager to guarantee the excellence of the services delivered by operations departments
- Coordinate within operations departments to set up and/or simplify the process in order to have smooth operations
- Work with site manager responsible for maintaining and developing high level of service in terms of performance and technical skills
- Work with site manager to responsible for maximizing the use of current resources, manpower and testing capacity
- Responsibility for following and guaranteeing the consistency of the operations between the different locations
- Work with site manager to responsible to ensure the safe working conditions for technical employees
- Approve the applications of purchase, travels, leaves and overtimes in line with company policy
- Work with site PL supervisor to responsible for application of training plan of company
- Work with site manager to responsible for application of testing purchase plan of company
- Work with site manager to responsible for manpower plan of operations
- Support the Customer Service and Sales teams to visit clients
- Responsible for the full US retail P&L which is integrated into site P&L
- Responsible for service delivery and market alignment
- Responsible for EE-US CRM management
- Apply and implement the procedures of quality system of the company
- Follow the company internal quality system
- Fully comply with the requirements of the Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics
Skills and Requirements:
- Strategic partnering and negotiation skills, has outstanding relationship-building capabilities, and is comfortable managing company and business partner expectations

Required QHSSE Competence:
- Follow the company internal quality system and adhere to BV CPS quality requirements
- Follow the company internal HSE system and adhere to BV CPS HSE requirements.
Education & Experience:
- College Degree or above
- 8 year or more of working experience in same field.
- Good knowledge of English.
