Technical Assistant

Role Statement:

·The job incumbent is responsible for assisting the Leader in establishing communication channel with certification and testing related authorities.

·Responsible for managing materials and information related to regulatory and accreditation bodies.

·He performs the job in the framework of the BV HSE Management Processes, BV Quality Assurance System; the BV Code of Ethics and appropriate Group Policies.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide support work for obtaining new business/expansion approvals from CNCA/CNASGSTC/EXCiPACT etc, and maintain the continuous validity of accreditation status.

2. Identify and learn the procedures of accreditation bodies & related authorities and transfer these requirements into local procedures.

3. To receive office and witness audits by authorities.

4. Establish, implement and maintain management systems (inc. Quality, HSE etc.) in the area of responsibility, monitor the performance of management system and continuously improve its effectiveness.

5. To handle incident & customer satisfaction.

6. To implement technical requirements for international services (initial and on-going training, qualifications, methodology, deliverables, supervision, mapping of competencies).

7. To contribute to the definition of technical requirements for other services of his Division/Zone/region (cf above).

8. To identify major risks that could affect the organization in its operations and profitability through continuous spanning of environment for risks prevention.

Job Requirement:

1. Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level

2. Working experience: A minimum of 4 years’ job related experience

3. Highly developed analytical skills

4. Proactive facilitator / excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

5. Fluent in spoken and written English, able to interact and communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds, proficient in reading and translating foreign materials.

6. Qualification: ISO 9000 Internal Auditor or above (optional)

7. Good PC skills

8. Good health is required
