Integrity Officer

Job Responsibility ：
• Plan and perform compliance audits and detect factory's potential violations and bribery.
• Conduct service validation process audits, visit factories and monitor CSR auditors' performance, Report non-compliance to operation off ices.
• Conduct phone call audits to get factories' feedback to auditors' performance and report abnormalities.

Required Skills：
• Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of experience in relevant field;
• Integrity and ethics: Demonstrated honesty, impartiality and adherence to anti-corruption policies;
• Strong analytical, research, problem solving and follow-up with solutions abilities in a time sensitive environment;
• Self-motivated, can work consciously and independently under pressure;
• Good English written skills.
