Technical Specialist

主要职责 (Key Duties):
Support onsite inspections (FRI, Dupro, Factory Assessment)
1、支持现场检查（FRI、Dupro、工厂评估）
Handle technical inquiries from Tesco promptly
2、及时处理 Tesco 的技术咨询
Communicate effectively with client on technical requirements
3、就技术需求与客户有效沟通
Manage technical documentation and change management processes
4、管理技术文档和变更管理流程
Collaborate with internal technical teams for risk assessment and training
5、与内部技术团队合作进行风险评估和培训
6、向管理层汇报关键运营问题
Conduct vendor/factory performance reviews
7、进行供应商/工厂绩效评审
Attend client and internal program review meetings
8、参加客户和内部项目评审会议
Provide constructive proposals for program improvement
9、提供项目改进的建设性建议
10、Escalate issues impacting customer satisfaction
优化影响客户满意度的问题

任职资格 (Required Qualifications)
5+ years QA/Engineering leadership experience
1、5年以上质量保证/工程领导经验
University graduate
2、大学本科学历
Strong technical knowledge in hardlines/electrical sectors
3、HL/EL行业强大的技术知识
Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese preferred)
4、英语和普通话流利（优先考虑粤语）
Excellent communication abilities
5、卓越的沟通能力
Microsoft Office proficiency
