Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with US KAM/Local Sales to develop the new customers; Maintain the existing customers
  • Work with Local Sales to promote the services of testing, certification and inspection regarding the E&E consumer product service to North American retailers/suppliers/manufacturers in Greater China.
  • Organize seminar/workshop/exhibition for the target customers and related end-users.
  • Work with CS responsible for maintaining and developing high level of service in terms of performance and technical skills
  • Monitor and analyze the competitors’ action, status and the concerning market share etc.
  • Monitor and analyze the market trend and define the possible new services.
  • Proactive customer outreach;
  • Mitigate customer complaints;
  • Apply and implement the procedures of quality system of the company
  • Follow the company internal quality system
  • fully comply with the requirements of the Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strategic partnering and negotiation skills, has outstanding relationship-building capabilities, and is comfortable managing company and business partner expectations
  • Strong communications and influencing skills 
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese & English, able to communicate with foreign colleagues and customers if needed. Team work spirit
  • Aggressive on objectives
  • Adaptable to different cultures
  • Customer focused, energetic and willing to work overtime and frequent business trip
  • Proactive and flexible
  • Strong ability of data mining and analysis
  • Experience with TIC industry or retail & e-commerce would be an advantage
  • Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel &PPT

 

Education & Experience:

  • College Degree or above
  • 3 year or more of working experience in same field.
  • Good knowledge of English.
