Technical Support

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, fast and professional service to meet / exceed customer’ s expectations.

提供及时、准确、快速和专业的服务，以满足/超越客户的期望。

• Track customer’s needs and solve their problems.

解决客户的需求及问题。

• Coordinate and effort to ensure the turnaround time to meet / exceed customer expectations.

协调并努力确保周转时间达到/超过客户的期望。

• Keep work area and lab clean and in arrangement

保持工作区域和实验室整洁有序

• Support manager to train the team members

协助经理培训团队成员

• Support lab to conduct testing according to relevant standards

支持实验室根据相关标准进行测试

• Collaborate with Lab to develop new testing methods and/or procedures

负责与实验室合作开发新的测试方法和/或程序

• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

识别，排除和解决技术问题

• Review and sign test result

审核并签署测试结果 

Skills & Requirements

• With experience in testing cosmetics, pet food, etc.

具有化妆品、宠物食品等领域检测经验

• Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.

熟练使用Windows, Word和excel办公软件

• Fluent English and good communication skill.

具有良好的英语水平，良好的沟通能力。

• Good time management

良好的时间管理

• Individual and Team work ethic.

具有良好的职业素养。

• Familiar with ISO/IEC17025 and CMA related standards

熟悉ISO/IEC17025和CMA相关标准。

• Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines (with help from manager if necessary).

有能力组织好工作任务，能轻重缓急的安排工作而不至于超过期限。

• Good training skill for team members.

良好的团队培训技能。

• Team-spirited, be able to arrange reasonable workload for self .

熟悉相关标准

Education & Experience

• Bachelor Degree or above

本科及以上学历

• Above 3 years of lab working experience in related fields, at least 2 year testing experience

3年以上相关领域实验室工作经验，至少2年测试工作经验

• A strong sense of responsibility with excellent work ethic.

有强烈的责任感和良好的职业道德。

• Knowledge in chemical analysis.

化学分析知识。

• English speaking and writing candidate will be favored.
