  • Ensure that working capital consumption is minimized. 
  • Serve as custodian of Group’s credit management policy. Ensure enforcement of policy.  Propose timely revision to policy in tandem with business environment and Group’s business strategy.
  • Ensure timely billing of unbilled receivables and collection of account receivables.
  • Provide timely and accurate debtors and unbilled receivables reports
  • Ensure that overdue receivables and billing issues are followed up regularly. Work with business groups to resolve billing and collection issues.
  • Coordinate with internal and external legal resources in debt recovery efforts 
  • Visit/contact non-paying clients to push for collection
  • Manage Company’s monthly cash payment schedule in order to achieve target working capital.
  • Provide timely accurate and timely forecast of cash flows on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
  • Act as liaison between Clients, Accounting Department, the Operating BUs & Paris Head Office



  • Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level
  • Working experience: 8+ years relevant credit control experience with a consistent career record in service companies, banks or consulting firms
  • Good diplomatic and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communicational and negotiation skill
  • High standard of business ethics and business acumen
  • Good at office software, knowledge of JD Edwards or other ERP is a plus
