HSE Supervisor

职责描述 Tasks:

1.HSE体系维护， ISO 14001, ISO 45001, 安全标准化；

Maintaining the HSE system—ISO 14001&ISO 45001, Safety standardization.

2.协助组织HSE内部审核确保其有效性；相关绩效的跟踪和推动改进.

Organizing HSE internal audit for the effectiveness and efficiency. Pushing the HSE KPI improvement and follow up the actions.

3.熟悉HSE相关的法律法规并能及时更新，将法规最新的要求与公司内部及时沟通。

Familiar with the laws and regulation related to HSE and follow up their updating; immediately communicate with the company internally about the latest change and requirement.

4.公司危险废弃物储存与处置监管；年度危险废弃物总量统计；

Supervise the storage and disposal of hazardous waste of the company; Annual hazardous waste total statistics.

5.公司环保厂商服务质量监管；

Supervising the service quality of the company's environmental protection manufacturers.

6.公司职业健康安全管理：协助开展职业卫生评价；现场职业病危害因素管控支持；员工职业健康体检支持；主导编制员工职业健康档案。

Company occupational health and safety management: assist in carrying out occupational health evaluation; On-site occupational-disease-inductive factor control support; Employee occupational health examination support; Lead the preparation of employee occupational health records.

7.劳防用品管理。劳防用品适用性评估，为部门劳防用品选型提供技术支持，劳防用品佩戴使用监管。

PPE management. Evaluate the suitability of PPE, provide technical support for the selection of PPE, and supervise the wearing and use of PPE.

8.监督供应商对消防设备设施的维保和状态跟踪；

Supervising the maintenance and status tracking of fire-fighting equipment and facilities by qualified suppliers.

9.易制毒/制爆化学品和特种设备监管/供应商安全施工管理

Precursor/explosive chemicals and supplier supervision.

10.组织执行HSE检查，并追踪整改检查中发现的问题点。

Organize the implementation of HSE inspection and follow up the problem points found during the rectification inspection.

11.协助事故调查并跟踪事故整改措施的落实情况

Assist in the incident investigation and follow up action for effective implementation of corrective & preventive actions.

12.HSE教育培训计划的制定与执行;

Formulate and implement HSE education and training plan.

13.政府安全、环保、消防、职业健康管理部门检查应对;

To be responsible for the inspection of government safety, environmental protection, fire control and occupational health administrative departments.

14.协助公司新/改/扩建项目HSE事项推进，保证项目规划和设计阶段充分考虑HSE合规性工作有效执行;

Assisting to promote HSE matters of new/renovation/expansion projects, and ensured that HSE compliance was fully considered in project planning and design stage and effectively implemented.

15.协助完成公司CO2排放报告编制及数据分析，开展减排工作，推动实现年度减排目标；

Assisting to complete CO2 data analysis and emission report, carry out emission reduction work, and promote the achievement of annual emission reduction targets.

16. 报告碳足迹和推动二氧化碳减排举措，分析碳数据以确定节能战略和方向，监测关键节能项目的执行情况。

Reporting of carbon footprint and driving CO2 reduction initiatives, analyze carbon data to identify energy saving strategy and direction, monitoring key energy saving project execution.

17集团或领导安排的其他工作事项。

Other tasks assigned by the group or leaders.

岗位要求 Requirements:

1.本科学历，HSE相关专业;

Bachelor's Degree. HSE related major.

2.3年以上HSE工作经验。

More than 3 years working experience in HSE.

3.工作态度端正，具备责任心，踏实且好学;

Good working attitude, sense of responsibility, steadfast and eager to study.

4.ISO 14001, ISO 45001, 安全标准化建立/维护经验;

ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Safety standardization establish or maintenance experience.

5.具备良好的HSE意识，清楚HSE工作方法和逻辑，善于归纳总结分析。

Good awareness of HSE, clear about HSE working methods and logic, good at summarizing and analyzing.

6.能够独立思考，区分事情的主次关系。能处理各种突发事件;

Ability to work independently to determine priorities and manage multiple assignments.

7.良好的语言沟通能力和团队合作精神。

Good skill in communication and good team cooperation spirit.

8.流利的英语读、写、说;

Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English;

9.熟练使用日常办公软件；

Good skill in computer operation such as word, excel and power point.
