Responsibility

1. Provide green building consulting services and analysis to support LEED, GBDL, WELL and other green building projects
2. Assist Technical Manager and Operation Manager to research green building & sustainability technical development trends worldwide and make technical recommendation to management team seasonally
3. Support BD to participate in meetings with potential clients during advanced discussions
4. Perform whole building energy simulation – in preparation of LEED reports and other energy efficiency services
5. Be source of proposition for feasibility analysis, incremental analysis for green strategies, in view of energy efficiency and / or green building certification
6. Prepare paper work including but not limit to Energy simulation report, Daylight analysis report, CFD report, noise analysis report, etc

Requirement

1. Mechanical, Architecture, electrical, environmental or Civil background
2. Bachelor Degree with major in Green Building related filed
3. 2+ years work experience, preferable consultancy
4. Prefer LEED AP accreditation, GBDL expert, BREEAM assessor, DGNB assessor
5. Fluent speaking and writing in English
