ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.The employee is, within the contractual frame for the project, responsible for securing that the design drawing is constructive, the site construction work is executed according to the customers’ requirements and expectations, as well as contributing towards an efficient project execution in accordance with the time schedule, price and quality.

2.Support the Project Manager for the execution of company projects by coordinating the project process, including project design, approvals (local government), procurement and site construction with sub-contractors

3.A close dialog with the PM/CM and users concerning the project scope and customers requirements

4.Cross disciplinary coordination during tender preparation and construction

5.Construction quality control and schedule supervision.

6.Commission support according to the contract frame

7.Documentation as facts and formatting in the
requirements of the client / authorities. Prepare paper work including technical
specification, contract, bidding document, fax, weekly/monthly report and
meeting minutes

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level with focus on technical background

2.Working experience: 2 years’ experience in related field or excellent fresh graduate

3.Knowledge of Chinese local regulatory requirements and standards

4.Good Communication skill

5.Good English and local language skills
